Data controller
Your personal data is processed by S.S. Ankaport Gayrimenkul İşletme Kooperatifi (tax no. 0701240726) and Ankasaray Konut Yapı Kooperatifi (tax no. 0701240734) as data controllers, within the framework of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Data we process
Name and surname, phone number, email address where provided, the investment type you are interested in, and technical usage data arising from browsing the site (such as IP address and visit logs).
Purposes of processing
Responding to information requests, sending price lists and payment plans, arranging visit appointments, managing sales and after-sales processes, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention and transfer
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the processing purposes and within the periods set by law. It may be transferred to authorised public institutions and to service providers we engage, limited to the purpose.
Your rights
