The permit process is targeted for completion in the October–November 2026 period. Construction start is planned immediately after the permit is obtained; key handover is committed for 15 May 2029.

AnkaPort Saray offers a specific ownership guarantee in which the land cost is not reflected in the prices. All purchases are completed with individual title deed ownership.

The project is covered by the official Building Completion Insurance. This legally guarantees that the project will be completed under the stated conditions and within the committed period, minimising investor risk.

The social facilities within the hotel concept are planned for hotel guests and private use; they are not open to residents. Living areas and the hotel concept are clearly separated, and each use will have its own operation and access arrangement.

Apartments are delivered ready to move in: built-in appliances installed, hallway and kitchen cabinets fitted, underfloor heating active and operational, and the landscaped areas belonging to the apartments completed. All work is finished in line with the contract and technical specification.

The car hotel has a capacity of 4,000 vehicles. It offers short or long-term vehicle accommodation; users collect their vehicles safe, clean and maintained on return. It is designed particularly for travellers using the airport corridor.
