Overview
What is AnkaPort Saray?
AnkaPort Saray is a mixed-use development rising on a 60,000 m² site fronting Protokol Yolu in the Pursaklar Saray district, on Ankara’s northern corridor. Because it gathers residential, retail, office, hotel, health and entertainment functions on a single campus, it is defined as a 5th-generation hybrid project.
The commercial backbone is a hybrid mall of 70,000 m². Alongside the conventional mall format, the development includes street-front retail, a gastronomy street, an entertainment centre and the AnkaPort24 digital commerce and logistics hub within the same structure. The intent is footfall across the whole week and a wide part of the day, not only at weekends.
On the residential side there are 1,050 apartments in 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 layouts. Homes are handed over ready to move in with built-in appliances installed, and the social facilities on site are reserved for residents.
